“People do not know what they want until you show them.” – Steve Jobs
Being a sales person is providing a noble service to humanity and we are all sales people in one way or another.
I’m selling some ideas here on the blog, otherwise, I recommend this or that great restaurant or a movie, or praise a person in front of others.
Every day you sell something and receive something in return: satisfaction for giving something positive to others, money, influence and personal credibility.
But if you are a professional seller, if this is your way of life, your responsibility is even greater.
It is up to you to get in the shoes of others, see what they see, feel what they feel, the fears, joys, expectations, anxieties and dreams. After you recreate yourself to take the shape of their needs and provide a solution.
You don’t sell a product or a service, but a piece that will complete the puzzle with holes that your audience has.
The “your ego” must disappear from the equation and “service” has to take control. Sharpen your frequency.
